On this page you can find out how to request a return label for returning items to us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the items you purchase from us. If one of the items we deliver does not meet your expectations, you can simply return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Policy

You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days of the purchase date without giving any reason.

The goods for return should be packed in a way that prevents them from breaking and should be sent in a sturdy shipping box. We therefore recommend that you carefully open the original shipping box and any product packaging so that you can reuse them in the event of a return.

The following return conditions apply to orders:

  • The goods will be registered within 30 days of receipt. *
  • The items are complete and intact.
  • The items are in original condition and unused

Just sent us an email at info@moritzandmoritz.com with your order information to request your return label details.

 

Send package

Print out the return label and attach it to the package. Drop off the package at a service point for return or arrange a pickup.

 

Refund

You have returned one or more items to us. When and how will you get your money back?

  • The refund will always be made as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days after we receive your return.
  • The refund will be processed after we have received and inspected your return.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email
  • The refund will be made in the same way as you made your payment. Please note: If you paid via PayPal, the amount may be credited to your PayPal account and not directly to your bank account. You may be able to change this setting in PayPal.

One-Year Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why all items purchased from Moritz & More USA Inc. are covered by a one-year warranty.

If you’re not satisfied with your item for any reason within one year of purchase, just let us know at info@moritzandmoritz.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another solution, our goal is your satisfaction.
